Taryn’s passion is seeing people empowered and encouraged to believe in themselves and their abilities work towards greater mental health and healing. Her desire is to create an atmosphere that motivates change but comforts and supports the process.

Taryn loves soccer, crafting, reading, quilting, and spending time with her husband and two boys.
