Hello, World!

Nicole Fisher, LCPC

Nicole works with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Care Counseling from Lincoln Christian University and earned a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. Nicole spent 5 years working in youth and adult ministries as a volunteer and has acquired experience in working with adolescents, adults, and families to promote communication and empower them to make choices that enable the achievement of their goals.

Nicole believes that the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client is crucial to effective counseling. As a counselor, Nicole seeks to promote an atmosphere of acceptance and support wherein her clients can feel comfortable exploring the challenges that bring them into therapy. Nicole leans toward a Cognitive-Behavioral approach to therapy, and believes changes in behavior occur once faulty thinking has been addressed. Nicole believes in working with the client to help them uncover their power and abilities to make changes where it is necessary.  Nicole enjoys partnering with her clients as a co-traveler in their journey, meeting them where they are, and assisting in bearing their burdens on the road toward healing. She has a passion for working adolescents and adults struggling with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, family and relationship challenges, grief/bereavement, and developing autonomy.

Nicole has been married to her college sweetheart since 2005. Nicole and her husband have one son and two dogs.

Ritchie McCall, LCPC

Ritchie works with individuals, couples and teens. She graduated with a B.S. from East Carolina University and received a Master of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Science from Loyola University.

During her graduate studies, Ritchie worked at Keypoint Health Center, Epoch Counseling Center for drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and Greater Baltimore Medical Center in the Bariatric Unit. She is affiliated with the American Counseling Association and the American Psychological Association.

Ritchie also taught 11th and 12th grade English in Baltimore County Public Schools for over twelve years. As a teacher, she often realized that the great literature classics were a fascinating study in psychology and relationships.  Her goal as a counselor is to see people grow and develop into emotionally healthy and happy individuals. Ritchie was married, until his death, to John McCall for over thirty years; she has three daughters and one grandson. As a pastor’s wife she counseled men and women and taught Bible studies.

Ritchie McCall is listed at AllTherapist.com as well.

David Bell, MFT Intern

David is a graduate student in the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist program at Regent University School of Psychology and Counseling. David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Theology and Historical Studies from Regent University. As a graduate student, David desires to build a healthy therapeutic relationship by coming alongside individuals, couples, and families to support their emotional, social, and spiritual needs within the therapeutic environment.

David has a passion for working with couples and families because he believes the family structure is one of the foundational components for stronger communities.

Mary Christine (Chris) Cox, MS, RN, CLC, CHC

Chris works with adults on an individual basis and in group settings. Chris graduated with a B.S. in Nursing from Villa Julie College, an M.S. in Nursing Education from Stevenson University, and Certifications as a Life Coach and Health Coach from the Health Coach Institute.
